With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Mae Meadows Eppard of Elkton, Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Eldon Meadows, Sr. and Pearl Ware Meadows; her husband James William "Jimmy" Eppard; her son James Patrick Eppard; and her siblings, Lloyd E. Meadows, Jr. and Margie Mundy.
She is survived by: her sons, Troy Scott Eppard of Elkton and Christopher Michael Eppard (Denita) of Elkton; her grandchildren, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Tayler, Josh and Zairon Eppard; and her sister Shelvy Jenkins of Shenandoah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be required for the health of others.
