He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isaac L. Flory, Jr. and Eleanor D. Flory; his wife Nancy Sue Newton; his sons, Isaac L. Flory, IV (Lisa Michel Flory) of Chesapeake and William Newton Flory (Sheryl Jones Flory) of Goochland County; his grandchildren, Carole Marie Flory, Erika Ivy Flory and Isaac Long Flory; and his siblings, Sarah F. Gilley, Francis F. Scales and H. D. Flory.
