With solemn reverence, we commemorate Georgia Ann Herring of Elkton, Virginia, whose life came to an end on January 23, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Herring and Pauline Monger Herring; and her siblings, Jimmy Herring, Lewis "Buddy" Herring, Harold Herring, Sr., Billy Herring, David Herring, Peggy Herring and Helen Marie Herring.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Herring of Elkton, Paul Herring of Minnesota and Toni Montgomery (Mike) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Renee Shaw Brittany Jenkins (Brandon), Kevin Dean (Kaitlyn) and Nora Herring; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Herring and Barbara Herring. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the West Side Baptist Church (715 W Wolfe St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all memorial contributions be made to the West Side Baptist Church Benevolence Fund, 715 West Wolfe St., Harrisonburg, VA 22802.
