He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Billhimer and Willie Josephine Walton-Billhimer; and his siblings, Joe, Anna Michael, Edith Buchanan, Jack, Jesse, John Aldie, Rush, Henry Lee, Roy, Ray, Hugh and Williette Hartless.
He is survived by: his wife Wilda Knighting-Billhimer; his children, Edward "Casey" Billhimer (Kathy George-Billhimer) of McGaheysville, Wilma Billhimer-Shifflett (Rodger) of Elkton and Ruth Billhimer-Bak (Mikkle) of Elkton; his daughter-in-law Tammy Billhimer of Gloucester, VA; his grandchildren, Scott Stover, Stacy Stover-Da Matha, Nancy Billhimer-Hurte and Brooke Billhimer; and his great grandchildren, Leila Billhimer, Reuel Hurte, Eldon Hurte and Uriah Hurte.
