He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Breeden and Ruby Mae Dean Breeden; his son Nicky Lee Breeden; and his sister Linda F. Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Meadows Breeden; his daughter Crystal Breeden Walton; his son-in-law Erik; his siblings, Shirley Breeden (Louise), Truman Breeden (Phyllis), Lonnie Breeden (Bonnie), Doris Breeden (Calvin), Wanda Shifflett and Wilma Breeden; his children, Tiffany Walton (Noah Campbell), Hunter Walton, Katie Walton, Dylan Walton, Samantha Morris and Brittany Stevens (Scotty); and his great grandchildren, Haze Stevens, Mathew Morris and Thomas Morris.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his wife, Linda Breeden at 219 Leisure Lane, Elkton, VA 22827 to help with funeral expenses.
