He was predeceased by: his parents, William Buzz and Reda Ann Rinaca Meadows; his wife Janice Marie Young; and his siblings, Iris E. Rimel, Carroll J. Meadows and V. June Means.
He is survived by: his son W. Brent Meadows (Melissa F.) of Elkton; his sister Louise McCoy (Ronald T.); his grandson Jonathan B. Meadows (Brittany); and his great grandchild Katherine Faye Meadows.
