She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Mook and Ruth Mook; her husband Paul B. Shifflett; and her brother Ralph Mook. She is survived by: her children, Terry A. Shifflett (Debbie), Rebecca Herring (Ronnie) and Carol Sue Dovel (Danny); her great grandchildren, Paul J. Shifflett and Jennifer; and her siblings, Mary Dove (Harvey), Kathy Bridges, Wilma Mitchell (Dennis), Evelyn "Ebbie" Armentrout, Janie Hall (Ed), Harold Mook, Charles Mook, Lester Mook (Diane), Lonnie Mook and Larry "Buzzy" Mook. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
