He was predeceased by: his mother Lorraine Berry Shifflett. He is survived by: his father Ernest W. Shifflett, Sr.; his wife Lois Higgins Shifflett; his children, Michele Davidson (Doug), Christine Trobaugh (LJ) and Michael Shifflett (Tammy); his sister Barbara Landes; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
