Shelton; his aunt Jerry Shelton of Elkton; his uncle Fannie Shelton of Elkton; his spouse Odessa Byrd Shelton; and his half-siblings, William Shelton (Anna), John Shelton (Deborah), George Shelton, Jennie Vaughan, Helen Ward (Paul) and Mary Bragan.
