With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Roxann Hughes of Elkton, Virginia, who passed away on February 9, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Jefferson Meadows and Artie Melissa Lam; her husband Clarence Aubrey Hughes; and her sisters, Leona Meadows Dean and Ruby Meadows Williams (Wade Wyant).
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Davis Chestnut (Berlie) of Elkton and Julie Davis of Elkton; her stepson Adam Hughes (Megan); her stepgrandchildren, Nicholas, Zachery and Chase of Elkton; and her siblings, Alberta Meadows, Stella Stickley, Eunice Lam and Carl Meadows.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Upper Room Church, 14890 Rockingham Pike, Elkton, VA 22827 Facial coverings and social distancing will be required for the health of others.
