She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Bishop and Fannie Lam Dean; her husband Willard Sebastian Moubeary (Moubray); her son Allen Wayne Moubray; her sons-in-law, Kenneth Wayne Shifflett and William Sellers; her grandson Jarrod Martin Shifflett (Marty); and her siblings, Jesse, Ellis (Bob), Harry, Norman Dean, Ruby Breeden, Letha Monger, Stella McDonald and Nora Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Moubray (Carolyn), Keith Moubray, Judy Sellers, Juanita Lam (Martin), Janice Campbell (Richard), Nancy Meadows (David), Joan Cave (Robert) and Debbie Moubray (Charlie); and her brother Willard Dean (Maggie). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
