He is survived by: his son Jeremy Downey; his siblings, Richard Downey (Brenda), Phillip Downey (Marsha), Forrest Downey (Martha), Lloyd Merica, Loretta Dean (Delmas), Linda Mills, Nancy Hawks and Ruby Kite (Ricky); and his granddaughter Jessica Downey. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
