With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Marie Mitchell (Elkton, Virginia), who passed away on January 5, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Hill and Nettie Belle Webster Hill; her husband George Mitchell; her sons, George Mitchell and Lynn "Terry" Mitchell; her siblings, Ronald Hill, Donald Hill, Richard Hill, Thelma Cornelius, Edna Leonard and Leona Hill; her daughters, Lori Eppard (Rudolph) of Elkton, Joy Chrisjohn (Steven) of New Mexico and Suzanne Washburn of New York; and her sister Carol McKinnon. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
