Meadows and Addie Lam Meadows; his spouse Elizabeth Shifflett Meadows; his daughters, Barbara Dean and Carolyn Taylor; his daughter-in-law Carol Meadows; his grandchildren, David Taylor, Scott Dean, Vanessa Forman, Denise Meadows, Tim Taylor, Melissa Nester and Chris Nester; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Dean, Alexis Dean, Dylan Taylor, Dakota Taylor, Justin Taylor, Evan Rudolph, Lyndsay Foreman and Natalie Foreman.
