She is survived by: her children, Wayne Frazier (Lana) of Shenandoah, David Dean (Wendy) of Shenandoah, Lawrence Frazier (Linda) of Elkton, Gary "Poochie" Dean (Nancy) of Grottoes, William "Frank" Dean (Fay) of Alexandria, Barbara Harris (Roger) of Elkton and Bonnie DeHart (Billy) of Elkton; and her sister Eunice McCoy of Elkton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.
