He is survived by: his wife Melissa Shifflett; his sons, Bryson Shifflett, Chase and Cullus Shifflett; and his siblings, Barry Shifflett (Theresa) of Elkton and Deanna Miller (Randy) of Shenandoah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
