She is survived by: her sons, Howard "Dicky" Meadows (Kay) of Shenandoah, John David Meadows (Debbie) of Elkton and Ralph Todd Meadows (Denise) of Crimora; her close friend Roland Botkin; her stepchildren, Ricky Yancey of Elkton, Junior Yancey of Elkton and Misty Yancey of Elkton; her siblings, Joyce Stepp (Raymond) of Shenandoah, Harold W. Kisling of Elkton and Norman Scott Kisling of Elkton; and her grandson John David Meadows, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
