She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Nelson Dean and Clara Ellen Frazier Dean. She is survived by: her husband Coburn W. "Billy" DeHart, III; her children, Cameron N. DeHart (Robert Jeffery) and Preston Meadows (Crystal); her siblings, Barbara Harris (Roger) of Elkton, Wayne Frazier (Lana) of Shenandoah, Lawrence Frazier (Linda) of Elkton, David Dean (Wendy) of Shenandoah, Gary Dean (Nancy) of Grottoes and William Dean (Fay) of Alexandria; her sister-in-law Ann Frazier of Shenandoah; her nieces and nephews, Joshua Harris of Elkton, Justin Harris of Elkton, Bridgett Frazier of Shenandoah and Terry Smith (Steve) of Shenandoah; her stepson Joshua DeHart (Stacey) of Knoxville, Tennessee; and her granddaughters, Addy Dehart of Knoxville, Serenity Nicole Jeffery of Elkton, Rebecca Lynne Jeffery of Elkton and Rose Anne Jeffery of Elkton. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great great-nieces and nephews.
