She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Nim and Margaret Shifflett Morris; her siblings, Ralph, Hershel Morris, Patricia Royer, Evelyn Conley and Juanita Shifflett; her grandson Dustin Stepp; and her great grandchildren, Abilene Rose Campbell and Jayce William Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Stepp (Deanna), Jennifer Stepp (Chris Comer) and James Stepp (Tiffany); her significant other Lisa Meadows; her siblings, Ronnie Morris, Darrell Morris (Claudia), Milford Morris (Lois), Willard Morris, Wanda Sutherland (Paul), Diane Wright (Bob), Karen Shifflett (Dickie) and Linda Smith (Frankie); her grandchildren, Aron Douglas, Megan Clark, Matthew Stepp, Colton Conley, Danny Stepp and Alaina Crowley; and her great grandchildren, Madison Stepp, Paisley Stepp and Kinzley Stepp. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Elkton (115 Nicholson Rd, Elkton, VA 22827). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
