She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Shifflett and Bertha Wood Shifflett; and her siblings, Clara Shifflett, Beatrice Beasley, Bertha Lawson, Mamie Baugher, Kemper Shifflett, Gladys Hensley, Lynwood Shifflett, Dorothy Wyant, Elmer Shifflett, Leitha Collier and Kathleen Gooden.
She is survived by: her husband Millard Garfield Williams; her son Ray M. Williams of Elkton; her sisters, Ada Wyant and Maggie Dean; and her sister-in-law Minnie Wooddell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
