P.) of Elkton and Barry Herring of Elkton; her siblings, Junior Jenkins (Louise) of Elkton, Dorothy Settle (Richard) of Manassas, Mary Kling of Luray, Alice Jenkins (Earl) of Luray, Shirley Kenny of Richmond, Bobby Jenkins (Amy) of Browntown, Brenda Dovel (Oral) of Ruckersville and Connie Bly (Leon) of Stephenson; her grandchildren, Valerie Jenkins, Dakota Herring, Vanessa Meadows, Makenzie Herring, Madison Herring Casey Meadows and Kayden Gibson; her great grandchildren, Willow Knight, Kaydence Shifflett, Easton Shifflett and Carson Bruce; her close friends, Kay Lam (Hop) of Elkton and Maynard Dofflemyer (Peggy) of Elkton; her daughter Natasha Meadows (Andy) of Elkton; her great-niece Angie Jenkins (Chuck); and her nephews, Joe and Ray Jenkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
