He is survived by: his parent Bertha Lee Meadows Breeden; his spouse Juanita Mae Dallas Breeden; his daughters, Theresa Williams (Charles) of Shenandoah, Vanessa Breeden Eisner (Steve) of Mt and Crawford; his grandchildren, Adam W. Williams and Isabella Eisner; his great grandchildren, Tucker McDaniel, Breelyn Williams and Zaidee Williams; his siblings, Charles R. "Ricky" Breeden of Elkton and Evelena M. Breeden (Charles) of Elkton; and also Samantha Shenk.
