He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frazier and Clara Frazier; his wife Corrine Frazier of Virginia; his daughter Anita Mathews; and his son-in-law Gary Deavers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dorothy Deavers of Harrisonburg and Joy Frazier Earhart (Scott) of Spottswood, Virginia; his son-in-law John Mathews of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Erica "Grayson" Mathews and Meredith Mathews; and his siblings, Charles "Buddy" Frazier (Carolyn) of Quinton, Virginia, Joann Hensley of McGaheysville and Louise Dovel of Elkton.
