It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Mae Shifflett of Elkton, Virginia, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Herring and Sarah Herring; her husband George Pickett Shifflett; and her son Harold Randolph Shifflett. She is survived by: her children, Darold Shifflett, Joyce Sipe (Carl) and Betty Shifflett; her daughter-in-law Janet Shifflett; her sister Louise Jenkins; and her grandchildren, Harold, Sheila, Tina, Angie, Carl, Crissy, April, Annie, Chris, Jerry, Joey of Jeremy, DJ, Todd and Christina. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
