She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Lee and Lottie Ellen Blose Smith; her husband Herschel Emanuel Meadows; and her siblings, Frances "Sissy" Smith, Austin Smith, Vernon Smith Sr. and Elmer Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Calvin E. Meadows (Sandy) of Elkton, Ellen M. Mowbray (Gary) of Elkton, Carolyn M. Stephenson (Luke) of Hilton Head, S. C. and Betty M. Davis (Mike) of Elkton; her siblings, Wilda Meadows (Manuel), Alva Smith of Elkton and Jennings "Wilson" Smith (Edna) of Elkton; her grandchildren, Brian Mowbray, Brett Mowbray, Doug Meadows (Kelley), April Smith (Jeff) and Zach Davis (Meg); and her great grandchildren, Simone Meadows, Katie Meadows, Drew Smith and Maddie Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be required for the health of others.
