He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheriff Ray and Stella Price of Grayson County, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Terry Mundy Price; his daughter Tonja Price of Sparta, NC; his grandson Dustin Ray McMillan; and his great grandchild Brinlynne Everleigh McMillan of Sparta, NC.
