He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, June Cornett Rhudy and Betty Green Rhudy of Virginia; his wife Barbara Delp Rhudy; his children, Felicia (Joe Hash) of Independence, VA, Mark (Dawn Rhudy), Michael and Melisa Rhudy of Fries; his sister Elizabeth Suzanne (Jim Haga) of Bland, VA; his granddaughter Olivia Rhudy; his close friend James E.; his son James Rodney Tilley of Coloniel Beach, VA.; and also Amy Carter. He was also cherished by four step-grandchildren, eight step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions be made to Summerfield United Methodist Church or to the Elk Creek Rescue Squad.
