She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Trinkle and Cassie Mae Cannoy; her husband Charles Ralph Sutherland; and her brother William Cannoy. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Melissa Sutherland), Greg (Connie Sutherland) and Wes (Crystal Sutherland); and her sister Nell Sutherland of Elk Creek, VA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church (715 Mt Zion Rd, Elk Creek, VA 24326). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
