He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Miller and Clara George Miller. He is survived by: his wife Regena Rau Miller; and his sisters, Shelva (Bobby Washbourne) of Front Royal and Barbara (Cecil Holler) of Edinburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
