He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Baker Rush; his daughters, Melissa Lansberry and April Rhoades; his grandchildren, Ronnie, Jessica, Emily and Anna; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Baylen and McKenzie; and his sister-in-law Linda.
