She was predeceased by: her parent Zona Holloway Steele; and her brother Keith Steele. She is survived by: her husband Carl Riggleman Sr.; her children, Carl "Punkie" Riggleman Jr. and Rhonda Slayton (Kevin Rush); her grandchildren, Kaiden Slayton and Kelsey Cadwell; her great grandchildren, Hayden Slayton, McKinley and Bryce Cadwell; and her siblings, Brenda Steele, Melissa Freze (John) and Terry Steele.
