With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kay Vasbinder (Edinburg, Virginia), born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Willie Stroop and Grace Elizabeth Narcross Stroop; and her siblings, Harold Stroop, James R. Stroop, Clyde Stroop, Janice Scudder and Bernice Smith.
She is survived by: her husband David Scott Vasbinder; her siblings, Howard "Davy" Stroop (Elaine), Marlene Huffman, Margaret Biller (James), Diane Tisinger (Keith) and Linda Carter (Randy); her children, Brandon W. Eppard, Jonathan Vasbinder (Amie), Kenneth Vasbinder, Andrew Tate and Melissa Vasbinder (Dillan); and her grandchildren, Braylon Eppard, Isabel Vasbinder, Natalie Vasbinder, Emah-Lei Wimer, Jocie Vasbinder, Shauna Vasbinder and Alyssa Dettmering.
