He is survived by: his siblings, James Jr., Marie and Raymond; his wife Nancy L. Kibler; his children, Donna and Marty Harris (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Tina Luft (Clayton), Natalie Harris and Nathan Harris; and his sisters, Millie Harris and Bonnie Harris Pugh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors immediately before the service from 1:00-2:00 (following COVID guidelines.).
