She is survived by: her husband Manfred "Manny" Goetz; her children, Manny Goetz (Linda) of Livingston, Montana, Alice Spears (Danny) of Fairfax, Virginia, Brigitte Smith (Tom) of Edinburg, Virginia, Daniel Goetz of Statesville and Rosey Goetz of Edinburg, Virginia.; her sisters, Ursula Watson of Harrisonburg, Olga Steimel of Germany and Gisela Scheibel of Germany; and her pets, Gustav and Rommel. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice, Mt. Jackson Fire and Rescue, or Edinburg Fire Department.
