He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray and Alice Estep Foltz; his wife Jayne Worsley Foltz; and his brothers, J. R. Foltz Jr. (Sue Miller Foltz) and Donald Foltz (Evelyn Heishman Foltz).
He is survived by: his son Kevin Foltz (Anita); his granddaughter Atina Foltz (Scott Coffman Sr.); his great grandchildren, Scott Jr. and Rachel Coffman; his nieces, Donna Spaur (Mike) and Suzanne Foltz; and his nephew Donn Lee Foltz (Melissa).
