It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Ann (Seal) Barb (Edinburg, Virginia), born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Seal and Bernice George Seal; and her husband Everette Barb.
