He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Mills and Charlotte Armentrout Mills; his grandson Wesley Mills; and his siblings, Reuben Mills and Violet Lotts.
He is survived by: his children, Lee J. "Jackie" Mills, Jr. (Michelle) of Broadway, Bruce A. Mills (Pam) of Broadway and Melissa Parker (Jacob) of Bergton; his close friend Marie D. Whited of Edinburg; and his siblings, Buck Mills of Moorefield, WV, John Mills of Broadway, Mary K. Miller of Fulks Run, Patsy J. Strawderman of Timberville and Frances E. Mills of Timberville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
