He is survived by: his parents, Charles William Turner and Emma Catherine Ciatto; his children, Kenneth Turner Jr. and Katrina Gochenour; his son-in-law Allen Gochenour; his granddaughter Baleigh Marie Gochenour; his sisters, Carolyn Jones and Arlene Kennedy; and his brother-in-law Bill Kennedy.
