She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Miller and Edna May Miller; her husband Max Carson Bowers; her siblings, Houston Miller (Emogene), Lois Jimenez (Jim) and Bonnie Coffman (Jim); and her brother-in-law Charlie Brinker.

She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Brinker and Dean Miller (Carolyn); her sons, Steven Bowers and Donald Bowers; her grandchildren, Zachary Bowers, Kassidy Bowers, Beau Bowers (Olivia), Haylee Orndorff (Josh) and Evan Bowers; and her great grandchildren, William Bowers and Rylee Orndorff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
