He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Jeffers and Edward Jeffers; and his brother Pete Jeffers. He is survived by: his wife Patty Poplar; his children, Ira Poplar-Jeffers (Erica) and Erin Fulmer (Jeremy); his grandson Vance Jeffers; and his brothers, Daniel and Patrick Jeffers.
