He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Burner and Effie Nicholson Burner; his former wife Bertha Jean Burner; his wife Catherine Burner; his daughter Eugenia Biller; and his siblings, Thelma Wolverton, Irvin, Beverly, Carroll and Leo Burner.
He is survived by: his son Todd Morgan; his significant other Catherine Dudley; his daughters, Diane Sibert (Gerald) of Mt. Jackson, Teresa Orndorff (Charles) of Strasburg and Cathy Dempsey of Alabama; his sister Jo Ann Dellinger of Woodstock; and his son-in-law Gary Biller. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; 2 great, great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren.
