It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Kirby Sager of Edinburg, Virginia, born in Mount Jackson, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russ Sager and Ruth Kirby Sager; his wife Mary Jane Sager; and his sisters, Geraldine Giles, Glenna Curtis and Korene Hansberger.
He is survived by: his children, Dwight E. Sager (Sheryl) of Mt. Jackson and Debbie E. Gochenour (Gerald) of Woodstock; and his grandchildren, Eugene Preston Sager (Jessica) of Mt. Jackson and Dana Gochenour (Benjamin) of Woodstock.
