He is survived by: his children, Terry, Joan Knox (Michael), Thomas (Sylvia), Tammy and Monty; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Pamela, Jessica, Kayla and Tabitha; his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Katelyn, Makayla, Skyler and Fallyn; and his great great grandchild Mason.
