She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Lena Rinker (Miller) and Isaac Stanley Rinker; her husband Lionel Delbert Specht; her sister Evelyn Funkhouser (Rinker); her brother-in-law Elwood Funkhouser; her brother Marion Rinker; her sister-in-law Rodelle Rinker (Hansberger); her daughter Linda Dawn Whetzel (Specht); and her son-in-law Joe Whetzel.
She is survived by: her brother Galen Rinker of Maryland; her sister-in-law Shirley Rinker (Coffman) of Woodstock; her son Larry Specht (Hilda) of Culpeper; her grandchildren, Dan Specht (Elaine) of Woodstock, Sherrie Whetzel Barrick (Mike) of New Market, Laurie Whetzel Gray (Frankie) of New Market and Denise Specht Mabie (Jerome) of Locust Grove; her great grandchildren, Kyle Kennedy (Chante), Anneliese Mabie, Alicia Bare and Hayden Mabie; and her great great grandchildren, Jade, Sariah and Aldon. She is also survived by 4 nephews and 2 nieces.
