She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Beckner Mitchell and James Monroe Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Boyd Edison Osborne of Edinburg; her brother Rickey Mitchell; her children, Mark Steven Osborne (Lisa), Pamela Michelle Day (Kelly) and David Shay Osborne; and her great grandchildren, Alexa Maffeo, Christianne Maffeo, Jackson Maffeo, Jacob Ramsey, Ellie Osborne, Lorelai Day and Elena Osborne. She is also survived by many nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 9203 Winchester Ave, Bunker Hill, WV 25413. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
