We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2024, at the age of 96, Charles Ephraim Wilkins Jr. of Edinburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ephraim Sr. and Edna Pauline Painter Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sweeney Wilkins; his children, Chris of Edinburg, VA and Patty Gibbs (Mark) of Akron, OH; his grandchildren, Dr. Chris Gibbs (Sandra) of Pittsburgh, PA and Charity Gibbs of Akron, OH; and his brother Galen. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
