He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charles Hosaflook and Ruby Bessie Clinedinst Hosaflook; his wife Maxine Barb Hosaflook; and his son Donald Hosaflook. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Oates of Jerome and Michelle Hosaflook of Jerome; and his siblings, Peggy Mantz of Edinburg and Ralph Hosaflook of Edinburg. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
