She was predeceased by: her parent Hugh Fesperman; her daughter Melissa Fagan; and her grandchild Anthony Rush. She is survived by: her parent Helena Gelineau Fesperman; her husband Robert L. Clatterbuck; her daughters, Meshell Willingham of Front Royal and Dawn Hooser of Strasburg; her stepdaughter Shanna Clatterbuck of Culpeper; her sister Kathy Knapp of Nokesville; her grandchildren, Trey Minor, Tyra Minor, Cierra Roof, Tristin Willingham and Devyn Rush; her great grandchildren, Kaydence Minor, Noah Roof and Gracelynn Rush; and also, Tony Fesperman of Salem, Bruce Fesperman of Salisbury, Brian Fesperman of Manassas and John Festerman of Strasburg.
