He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Earl Kellam and Maxine Elliott Kellam; and his son Lee Mears. He is survived by: his wife Julie Turner Kellam; his son Wayne T. Mears of Melfa, VA; his sister Suzie Kellam of Magotha, VA; and his nephew Jeremy Kellam.
