We bid farewell to Bonnie Riggan of Eastville, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 22, 2025 at the age of 78. Bonnie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Wessells Webb Taylor and Royce Wade Mears; her stepfather Harry Wessells; and her former husband Pres Trower III. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Riggan; her children, Jennifer Pruitt (Jimmy), Elaine Johnson, Rebecca Lusk (Bo) and E. B. Johnson (Erica); her stepsons, Jimmy Riggan (Margie) and John Riggan (Laurie); her siblings, Patsy Bell, Henry Wessells (Linda), Harry Wessells (Sue) and Vickie Mears Bailey; her grandchildren, Noah Sharbor, Lucy Lusk, Stella Lusk, Steve Pruitt, Austin Perry-Pruitt, Sidney Pruitt, Brooks Johnson, Cora Johnson, Edmond Johnson and Bette Johnson; and her stepgrandchildren, James and Marissa Riggan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cheriton Baptist Church (21290 N Bayside Rd, Cape Charles, VA 23310).
